VS Healthy Habit 6- Putting on socks and shoes
/Who would've thought that getting dressed could be tough if our lower body is having a bad year. It does happen. Another helpful tip for putting things on your feet.
Stand in front of a chair or staircase. Keeping your body straight, lift one foot to a comfortable reaching height, and put on your sock or shoe. Put that leg down and then do the same for the other foot. Taking off shoes and socks follow the same method. This is so liberating! Until you feel better orwant to choose a new habit to being kind to your body, this is the way to go.
